Pine trees grow 25 meters tall and live for 400 years

The sand dunes are the tallest in Europe, are 109 meters high and cover 6,800 hectares.

The area seems to be spelt in a number of different ways - 'Pyla', 'Pila' or 'Pilat' - I'm not sure what the difference is.
